Making my way as a young, stay at home mum, trying to have-it-all in a world that's mostly having-none-of-it! Sometimes wonder if I'll ever feel like a "proper" grown up. I'm no domestic goddess or Jo Frost, just taking each day as it comes, sometimes wishing they would end more quickly than others....

I'm mummy to two under twos (well for a few short months anyway) to a "high-need", high-fun, full on toddler, and a fiery brand new red-head, I'm married to my very best friend, and we love being attachment parents. Thank you all for your warm wishes of congratulations. I am feeling much better than during my pregnancy (although not quite 100% yet) and recovering quickly from my op, after initially feeling as though I'd been hit by a bus and heeding advice to rest. A week in hospital & 4 days in bed at home has me *almost* back to myself again. And, thanks to co-sleeping and breastfeeding, we are getting a surprising amount of sleep! :-) I never thought I'd get this much with a newborn & a toddler that hasn't yet cracked sleeping through!
